The birch plan is one of our most popular plans for the 35 dome. Doing this allows the loft floor to be supported. Totaling almost 2 000 square feet the birch features three bedrooms and two baths on two stories. That size range includes small cozy cottages as well as spacious and spectacular castle like domains and everything in between.

The central kitchen plans shown above can be built with either a basic or t beam frame kit. If you build with a loft ledge econodome frame kit the lower two levels of the dome will be constructed with 2x6 framing and the upper levels of the dome will be constructed with 2x4 framing.
